Jonathan Twombly - Panelist
Jonathan is a lawyer-turned-real estate investor. He spent 12 years as a Wall Street litigator, the last half of which he spent representing hotel owners in disputes with the national hotel chains.

In 2013, after leaving law and burning the boats, he formed Two Bridges Asset Management LLC to focus on syndication, building a 400+ unit portfolio in South Carolina. Since selling those properties, he has co-GPed on approximately $250,000,000 worth of multifamily deals. He recently syndicated the purchase of a tourist hotel in the Finger Lakes area of New York State, which he is renovating and using as the starting point for a hotel brand, the Laurel Hotels.

Esther Reizes-Lowenbein - Panelist
Esther has redefined the face of real estate by offering professional and on-demand service. Esther services the commercial real estate market, as a realtor, investor and syndicator/fund manager.

She has successfully closed a record volume of transactions and raised a significant amount of CRE equity across several assets, all within 6 years. She is recognized as a "serial net-worker" and has a knack at connecting buyers, sellers and investors.

Keshav Kolur - Panelist
Keshav is a full time real estate investor and the principal and founder of Clive Capital, a private equity firm based out of New York City.

Since founding Clive Capital, Keshav has helped investors allocate capital to four properties with a combined asset value of more than $40M with a projected growth to $178M over the next 5 years. That portfolio spans 300 apartments under renovation and 500+ homes under construction across 3 markets.
