Drew is a multifamily capital markets broker with Atlas RE Capital and Director of Debt and Acquisitions for Velocity Capital. He specializes in underwriting investment opportunities, finding appropriate debt options, and coordinating acquisitions from loan application to closing.

At Atlas, Drew closed on over $75mm of debt for his clients in 2023 through deals ranging from $1mm to over $50mm. At Velocity Capital, Drew and his father, Steeve, currently manage ~$300mm of multifamily and mixed-use assets across 9 active investments in 5 different states. Drew earned a degree in Real Estate Investments & Finance from UConn.
