Join me for a gentle, guided Forest Therapy walk through the beautiful fall colors in New York. Together, we’ll slow down, tune into the senses, and explore simple mindfulness invitations that help clear the mind and connect to the natural world.

Unlike a traditional hike, this is an unhurried experience. A chance to step out of the city’s pace and back into your own presence.

No prior experience needed. Dress comfortably for the weather, and bring water extra layers and whatever else you need to stay comfortable.

Come curious, leave grounded.
