Join me for a gentle, guided Forest Therapy walk through the beautiful unfolding of Spring in New York. Together, we’ll slow down, tune into the senses, and explore simple mindfulness invitations that help clear the mind and connect to the natural world.

Unlike a traditional hike, this is an unhurried experience. A chance to step out of the city’s pace and back into your own presence.

Come curious, leave grounded.

What You Need:
No prior experience needed. Dress comfortably for the weather, and bring water extra layers and whatever else you need to stay comfortable for 2 hours outside.
!!Please note, the bathrooms have been closed in that area of the park recently.

Meeting Time: 12pm Saturday 4/18/2
Meeting location: Bathrooms on top of Great Hil
