What we’re about
In most careers, moving up means managing more. More people, more projects, more budget, and most importantly, more impact.
This takes a broad set of skills to do properly. You need to manage stakeholders, projects, products and people, all across various timelines and priorities. It is a lot of work!
But managing more can pay off, and this group is designed to share our learnings about how to manage more effectively.
This group is for first-time managers, as well as existing managers who want to manage more people and bigger projects. This is a NYC-based group and we will meet in Midtown Manhattan.
