Rev. Dr. Greg Harte will be on achieving a healthy balance in the following areas of life:

Affirmative living, improved communication, management of stress, improved diet and exercise.
Health and wellness, developing healthy relationships, inner strength, explaining family dynamics, and practicing mindfulness.
