OCaml × Tezos: How the self-amending blockchain uses OCaml

Details
Welcome back to the OCaml NYC Meetup!
Speaker: Sebastien Mondet
Seb is a software engineer at Oxhead Alpha, a Tezos development firm. He will give a talk on how Tezos uses OCaml in novel ways. He will introduce the Tezos project: a blockchain designed to evolve by updating its own protocol which is defined as a set of OCaml modules. We will then detail some interesting uses of OCaml in the main implementation of Tezos, called Octez, and other projects in the ecosystem.
