Join up to 100 friendly NYSN members and guests from a variety of social groups for a night designed to make coming solo feel comfortable, natural, and fun. Whether you’re looking to make friends, expand your social circle, network, or simply enjoy a great night out, this event is all about connection—your way.
What to Expect
Glow Stick Icebreaker:
At check-in, you’ll choose up to three glow stick colors, each representing an interest:
Green = Outdoor activities
Red = Singles events
Blue = Arts & culture
Yellow = Travel
(and more!)
Wear your glow sticks and instantly see who shares your interests—conversation starters built right in.
Easy, Guided Icebreakers:
We’ll host a few optional, low-key icebreaker rounds to help you connect even more naturally.
Friendly NYSN Hosts:
Our hosts will be on hand all night to welcome you, make introductions, and help everyone feel included—especially if you’re arriving solo.
A Comfortable, Social Atmosphere:
Up to 100 members and guests in their 30s, 40s and 50s
