A three day event in the YMCA cabins & yurts of Cascade, ID by Rails developers for developers and non-developers. Also, the registration fee is all-inclusive you just need to get to Boise Intl Airport! ;-)

Who attends Rails Camp? A tight-knit community of developers, as we limit the event to 65 attendees. Rails Camp has sold out for the past 7 years, with an 80% return rate! Many of our attendees are well-respected developers in the software development community and have been coming every year since 2015. We care deeply about each other and the community. We personally sponsor new diverse attendees, we hire one another and help each other find roles, we mentor one another, and build each other up.
