I've seen this in blog posts before but I'm not sure if it was capistrano output or if it was manual output. Please keep us posted with whatever you come up with.

It doesn't sound crazy-hard to build.
If it doesn't exist - sounds like a good hack day project.
Add a pinch of Graphviz in there and boom - profit - you straight ballin'.
