You're invited for a gentle afternoon of community healing, empowerment, and connection in the Lower East Side - Abrons Arts Center, Studio 302
We’ll begin by grounding together through guided Buddhist meditation and Ho'oponopono forgiveness practice.
Then we'll move into pairs or small groups to exchange energy healing. Our gathering will close with sharing loving insights to strengthen and illuminate our paths forward. 🌍
May you feel nourished, uplifted, and connected by our time together.

Welcome! 🌈About your host: Stephanie Lyra Lin (Certified Life Coach, M.A. Buddhism, Family Constellations practitioner, Reiki Master) is a healer and spiritual teacher devoted to helping sensitive souls release the pain of the past, embody their truth, and live with love. She's rooted in two decades of meditation and yoga practice, as well as wisdom drawn from many years of living and learning around the world ~ from China to Israel to Hawaii. Her passion is sharing teachings and tools to help people open their hearts and live in harmony, joy, and flow.
