Hands-On Workshop: Building Lightning Components

This will be a Hands On Workshop on Lightning Components.
Please bring in your laptops and lets build something really awesome.

Lightning and the new Lightning Experience were everywhere at Dreamforce. It's time to take the plunge! Bring your laptop: In this hands-on workshop, you'll go beyond the theory and learn how to build Lightning Components and Applications that work in the new Lightning Experience and in the Salesforce1 mobile app! You'll learn how to code the different parts of a Lightning Component, how to use events to communicate between components, how to use the brand new Lightning Design System to provide your components with a great User Experience, and how to assemble your custom components in App Builder. You'll leave with a fully functioning app you can use to jumpstart your own development.

Please note that the building doors will close at 8pm - so if you aren't there by then (which... really, you should be...) - you will not be able to enter the building.
