What is enlightenment? Do you exist? What are thoughts? We meet every Monday to delve into our beliefs about topics of this nature and others related to the spiritual search. We do this by questioning one another via a practice known as confrontation. We aim to serve as mirrors for each other, to see ourselves more clearly, in a group dynamic, within a safe environment.

In a typical group meeting, every individual in the group has a turn in answering a question, and the rest of the group asks the participant questions that reflect a desire and curiosity to know why the participant has accepted this belief as truth. As a rule, questioners do not give advice to the participant and all statements during the confrontation session must be framed as a question.

Other guiding principles for our group:
- No one is obligated to share
- Be honest with yourself and others
- Do not try to convince others to believe or think as you do
- Keep the focus on the person being questioned
- Mute your mic if you are not speaking
