Discover Long Island Hike: Quogue Wildlife Refuge

Details
Long Island has some wonderful trails that are easy peasy. Let's discover some of them.
For this Meetup, let’s get outside and take a leisurely exploratory hike at Quoque Wildlife Refuge reachable on Long Island Railroad to Westhampton then short uber over.
NOTE: I haven't been to this place, hence "exploratory". Come with an open mind for adventure and flexibility for whatever the day might bring.
About the Refuge: Located on the East End of Long Island, the Quogue Wildlife Refuge is a 305-acre non-profit nature preserve that was founded in 1934 and is home to diverse wildlife. The Refuge also features over seven miles of walkable trails to explore diverse habitats including forests and ponds, as well as the ecologically rare Dwarf Pines in the Pine Barrens. Try out the 8.2-mile point-to-point Southampton Bay to Bay Trail in Hampton Bays, the perfect hike for long-distance travelers interested in local bird and mammal species. The red hiking markers will lead you south from the trail head through woodland to its end in Pine Neck Sanctuary which faces the Shinnecock Bay. In addition, the Charles Banks Belt Nature Center offers spectacular views of Old Ice Pond as well as a variety of wildlife exhibits, live animals, a nature library, and gift shop.
