Join us in the private studio, for a small group class uniquely focused on strength training for cyclists, runners and triathletes.

With only 5 participants in the room, each member will get personal attention and exercises geared towards his/her fitness level and goals.

Each 45 minute session will focus on a full body workout, building strength, muscular endurance, speed and power.

Whether your objective is to be faster on the road or in the water, or to have a more balanced fitness regiment, this training will assist you in reaching your goals.
