Our goal is to fill everyone up, like a flask before a long journey. To create this travel material for everyone with our tool, folk music. With the folk music that has been preserved and passed on for centuries. We also try to carry this value in our flask, wherever we can and for as long as we can.
· Over 100 performances in 24 countries, at major festivals and concert halls
· Since 2017, the official ensemble of the Hungarikum Department of Hungary’s Ministry of Agriculture
· Ensemble includes string and wind instruments, cimbalom, vocals, and folk dance
· Members are all conservatory-trained musicians who also teach folk traditions
· Two released albums: one traditional folk compilation, and one Christmas album
About the Concert:
Advent in the Carpathian Basin is a festive musical journey through the winter and Christmas traditions of Hungary and its surrounding regions. The program features vibrant instrumental folk music, traditional dances, carols, and storytelling—performed by classically trained musicians deeply rooted in village traditions. It is heartfelt, family-friendly, and highly engaging.
