Clinton Hill in North Brooklyn has the most stately, elegant architecture in all of Brooklyn, perhaps all of NYC, and contains Pratt Institute of art, with a lovely, sculpture-adorned campus. Yet it's unknown to tourists and even most New Yorkers--so let's roam off the beaten path once again!
