The West Side Knitting Collective was founded in 2025 by Amelia Edwards — a corporate-by-day, yarn-obsessed-by-night millennial who wanted a modern space for NYC knitters to connect. This group is for New Yorkers who love knitting and socializing as much as a good latte or glass of wine.
We meet at coffee shops, wine bars, and cozy local spots along Manhattan’s West Side to knit, unwind, and share ideas. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, you will find a welcoming community here. Bring your latest work in progress, grab a drink, and join the conversation.
