Hi Beautiful People,

We continue our outdoor yoga classes :)

BEGINNERS WELCOME !

It's based on Patanjali's 8-limbs-system which is gentle yet very effective-take a look at the group reviews-. We will start with breathing & Bioenergy techniques, and continue with standing poses and other pose groups. We will have a Pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation at the end.

Please bring your yoga mat and your blanket for deep relaxation.

If you don't have a mat, no problem. Just bring a blanket or a big towel. Still don't have any of them ? Then just bring yourself with warm clothes. we will introduce you to grass :)
