DESCRIPTION:

• As a volunteer, you get first pick on unlimited FREE groceries. I have seen Fresh Produce, Meat, Seafood, Frozen Foods, Can Foods, and Dairy products like milk, cheese and eggs. After volunteering, Lunch is server to the volunteers ONLY, via catering from nearby restaurants' buffet style. Volunteering is a good way to save money, make friends via teamwork, and give back to the community.

ITINERARY:

• Arriving late or leaving early is OK, just don't make it a habit.
• 08:00 am - When everyone arrives, our group's stations are assigned.
• 08:30 am - Grab YOUR FREE grocery and put it in YOUR CART.
• 09:00 am - The public arrives, and you start handing out items.
• 11:30 am - Most grocery items have been handed out.
• 12:00 pm - FREE LUNCH is provided from nearby Restaurants.
• 01:00 pm - Most volunteers have already gone home.

RECOMMENDED ITEMS TO BRING:

• Sunscreen - Event is Outdoors, mostly under canopy shade
• Small Cart - for Grocery

RECOMMENDED CLOTHES TO WEAR:

• Hat
• Sunglasses
• Dress for Weather - Event is Outdoors, mostly under canopy shade
• Sneakers
• Working Gloves
