We are going to Killington - the biggest & best ski resort in NorthEast. This will be the last time we will have ski/snowboard weekend trip at Killington, and best deal of Killington weekend trip all season. So be sure not to miss this trip.

For this trip, we will stay at Comfort Inn in Rutland. We have total of five 1 King bed rooms, five 1 Queen bed & soofa-bed rooms, and five 2 Queen beds rooms, for possible of 45 spots. We will also rent a bus so everyone can relate and avoid 5 hours-long drive. Two hot breakfasts are included.

All rooms feature micro-wave refrigerators, 32" Flat Screen TVs, Coffee/Tea maker, Hair Dryer, Iron/Ironing Board, Radio Alarm Clock.

If you want to get away from the city or you are a die-hard skiing/snowboarding fan. This is the trip for you. Only 20 spots are available so sign up ASAP before the spots are gone.

Date/Time: Leaving from NYC 3/29 Friday 5:30 PM; return to NYC at around 10 PM on 3/31 Sunday

Trip Includes: 2 days 2 nights ski/snowboard trip; 2 nights accommodation at Comfort Inn Rutland. 2 days all mountain lift tickets at Killington. Bus transportation & 2 hot breakfasts are included. Room type will be based on the deposit type you picked. Individual room will be available at additional cost.

Hot Breakfast (Included) - Eggs, Sausage, Toasting Breads, Belgium Waffles w/syrup, Bagels/Cream Cheese, Hot and Cold Breakfast Cereals, Yogurt, Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Breakfast Pastries, Juices, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Milk

Party/Conference Room (Included) We will also get a big conference room to use as party room where will can play poker, board games, video games, drinks & party!!!

Transportation (Included): We will rent a bus; however, if we don't have 35 people joining the event, we will switch to carpool. So for backup purpose, we will still need everyone to fill out their carpool situation in case we won't rent a bus. If we carpool $69 bus fee will be refunded & that fee ($69) will be carpool fee to driver to cover gasoline, toll & the usage of the vehicle.

Note: Early bird spots will end on 3/20 midnight, and regular spots will start on 3/21. While the total rooms won't change, the spots for certain room may change depending on the demand.

Additional Cost: 2 day Rental (skis or snowboard) is group rate $70 (regular $80) if you don't have your own equipment. Please bring $70 cash if you need 2 day rental.

Balance:

You can Chase Quickpay me the balance (according your room type) at jwang4308@gmail.com to avoid $5+ transaction fee, or you can pay at Eventbrite link next week. Balance options will be added on Eventbrite 3/18. For all those made deposit, please pay the balance indicated for your room type (Early birds save $20) by 3/20/2013 midnight; otherwise the $69 deposit will be forfeited. After 3/20/2013, full deposit & balance need to be paid to be confirmed.

Side Note on Chase Quickpay: If you don't have Chase Quickpay account, you can create one from link https://www.chase.com/online-banking/quickpay All you need is a checking account since I already have a Chase checking account (One of sender and receiver needs to have Chase checking account).
