Constructive Listening - Inspiration and Feedback

--What we'll do--

This meetup will be focused on sharing our music and gathering constructive feedback from peers. If you don't want to share your own music or you haven't completed a project, you can also choose to share a track from an artist which has influenced your sound.

The group (++my roommates cat) will then listen to your track and comment on what they liked or didn't like and ways in which the production can be improved (both from a technical standpoint and a listener standpoint).

The key here is to be constructive, friendly and open-minded. Understand that everyone works hard on their music and you're here to help them and not hurt their feelings. (i.e. you should feature the vocals more... and not just "this is shit" or "its not my taste"). This will encourage everyone to listen to music more constructively, increase exposure to a variety of different sounds, and most importantly, improve their own work.

Laptops are optional - you can choose to share your music through soundcloud or spotify.
However, it might be more interesting for everyone to see what's going on "under the hood"
