SharQui® — is great for anyone of any age or skill level. This unique bellydance format is fun and easy to follow—automatically improving your posture, slimming hips and legs, defining the waist, increasing upper body strength, and burning more than 300 calories per hour!
• What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothes. A cropped or fitted top is preferred so you can see upper-body movements more clearly.
No hip scarf? No worries! We'll lend you one. Just wear something comfortable & be ready to shimmy!
• Important to know
This is an open-level class, great for beginners, with advanced layering options for more experienced dancers. Be ready to sweat!!
