Get to know NYC in a fun way with new friends! We are going to the AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY - An AMAZING place containing exhibitions of animals, cultures and peoples of all around the world!

What is an NYC Connects' TIPSY MUSEUM event?
Meet for drinks. Get tipsy. Then proceed to the nearest museum and attempt to learn something. This time its Dinosaurs AND it will be a scavenger hunt in teams!

We meet at Noon at a bar near a museum for drinks and socializing, where we share our excitement and interest for the museum we will visit for that day. We will then draw straws for for teams, break into smaller groups and then in great tipsy fashion, COMPETE as we do a SCAVENGER HUNT that NYC Connects will host!

$10 + buy museum ticket yourself OR
$20 and just show up to the meetup event (We have ticket ready for you)

If buying ticket yourself, choose Sat Dec 17th 2:30pm.

We will have limited spaces for this event.

Estimated Schedule:
12 - 2 pm Meet at designated bar: Drink.
2:30 - 5 pm Scavenger hunt at museum!
5:30 pm Wrap up - Early dinner - Winners of scavenger hunt announced(?)

HOW TO JOIN (Text Questions @ (718) 360-3975)

1. RSVP here on Meetup then text organizer (718) 360-3975. If no text then you will be placed on WAITING LIST unable to attend.
2. Pay $10 @ VENMO frankiegfrank (3975 confirmation code req) Title "Tipsy museum Dinosaurs" in notes for MEETUP. Must ALSO purchase entrance ticket direcly from museum as well, choose Dec 17th Sat, 2:30pm time. OR venmo us $20 and just show up to meetup point, museum ticket is included.
3. LATE SIGNUPS (Day of event) pay $25 - museum tickets are included, just come to meeting point.

RULES
Absolutely NO drinking excessively, rude or aggressive behavior. This is another bar event social with a trip to the museum afterwards, the purpose is to meetup for an activity. For this activity people ARE expected to drink, if you do not drink alcohol please join next event.

NOT a singles meetup - meaning not coming to just pick up numbers or meet guys/girls. Everyone attending is coming to have FUN and make new friends. YES, connections can be made however no pushy or rude people both guys AND girls.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS from organizer! We will be organizing this event so please be on your best behavior as we will be inside a MUSEUM! People will be asked to leave event for inappropriate behavior or for being a jerk or creepy. Organizer reserves right to refuse admittance to event / remove a member for any reason at NYC Connects events.

We charge affordable fees for events - We pay $600 per year MINIMUM in organizing costs, not to mention all the work we put in to create these events for you! Meetup charges organizers FYI, things you don't see as an attendee. Plus, we have website fees, printing posters, laminates, stickers, & transportation costs as we physically go to possible new venues and create partnerships with management beforehand.
