They train Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay Thai, weapons, MMA + Phillipino MMA.

Plus just found out that it's at the same place where they trained actors in DAREDEVIL and THE DEFENDERS on Netflix. Wows.
They will have a class on self defense on knives and martial arts. It's from 6-7pm; afterwards we're going to a nearby bar to have drinks!
It is completely FREE as a part of a 3 day trial at the academy. Several of us train Brazilian jiu jitsu there weekly, so you are welcome to join on your other trial days as well!

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, there are lockers there to store your items and if you bring soap and a towel + a change of clothes, you can also shower. There is a weights room if you want to work out, or you can try out the classes after too.
