On February 28, experience a winter sunset in Prospect Park with a walk through its crisp landscapes. The sun will sit low in the sky, casting a golden light that creates one of the most beautiful times of year to explore the park.

📍 Meetup & Walk Start:
Meet us at 3:30 PM at Velvette Black (814 Union St, Brooklyn, NY 11215) to enjoy coffee or tea before we begin our sunset walk. We’ll gather for about 30 minutes before departing.

• Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Arch & Grand Army Plaza – An iconic entrance and historic monument framed by winter light.

• Long Meadow – Wide open fields with bare trees silhouetted against the sky.

• Prospect Park Lake – Calm water reflecting bare branches and the fading sky.

• Duck Island – A quiet, tucked-away spot to catch the last light over the water.
