Mindfulness and Meditation Meetup

Last month was powerful! We connected, drank some yummy tea and learned easy ways to relax and meditate. We also did an exercise called a Gratitude Journal where we write down everything we are grateful for. At the next meet up I would like to share more about mindful eating and learning how to appreciate food in a whole new light! Hope to see you all there.
