Choreo Rehearsal for MetFest

Hoopers! We’re invited to perform a hoop routine at NYC’s The MetFest on 10/21/23! We would like 10-12 dedicated hoopers who can commit to practicing every Saturday. It is required at attend 6 practices in order to participate and you will be paid a nominal fee (if you're chosen to perform) to share hoop dance with us @ a world-famous location The Met Museum! Join us as we create our fantastic group choreography to share with the crowd! Please come even if you can't join us for the performance, we're going to have a great time choreographing our piece to "Cheek to Cheek" by Ella Fitzgerald, a wonderful song for fall season in NYC! If you want to perform you have to commit to learning the routine to do on your own and share it with us that you have it memorized. See you every Saturday 4-6 (except 9/2) @ Ripley Grier, it's going to be awesome!
The fee is to pay for room rental, we share the cost depending on how many hoopers attend. Please expect to pay cash or Venmo after $12-$15 each rehearsal.
