Hello you may call me Ms. Chen. I start to teach Stress Relief Yoga since 2012. I would love offer the best practice for anyone who commit to your health and learn together to relief and prevent your stress.

$1.19 per class
$100 suggestion for total 84classes
Money will be collect on July 1st.
And after the try out class and if you do not like it, you can pay as you wish.

DESCRIPTION:
• Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind and mundane suffering.
RECOMMENDED ITEMS TO BRING:
• Comfortable Workout Clothes.
• Yoga Mat.
• Water Bottle
• Blanket （ensure you bring it if you do not like cold)
