Learn with Gene Gendel, one of very few (globally), Certified LeSS Trainers and Coaches —in this 8-session highly-participative online course. Participants (executive leaders, product managers, product owners, HR, budgeting specialists, product developers, scrum masters and business agility coaches) will develop deep understanding of organizational design and dynamics that are supportive of large scale, adaptive product development. In the course, participants will study organizational design through system modelling and by applying system thinking. Upon completion, participants will be expected develop enough appetite and confidence to experiment with adoption LeSS within their own organization.
