Most software demos show a polished path. In this live session, I’ll start with a small tool that is missing capabilities, then use it the way I wish it worked. I’ll try workflows it was not built for and capture what happens.

Then I’ll say one word: feedback.

We’ll watch AI examine the evidence, infer what I was trying to make possible, and suggest the smallest useful improvements. I’ll approve selected changes, run the workflow again, and see whether the project learned something that helps the next iteration.

This is not a transcript-reading demo or a lesson in writing perfect instructions. It is a look at a different development loop: demonstrate behavior, observe the gap, infer intent, confirm the direction, improve the tool, and learn for next time.
