Wine Tasting at Beaupierre Wines and Spirits

Details
Our second meetup of the year will be a wine tasting with Yannick Benjamin from the accessible wine shop Beaupierre Wines and Spirits. We will first meet at the wine shop at 6 PM, then move to the event space and start the wine tasting at 6:30. The wine shop was founded by Yannic and Heidi Turzyn. Two people with an abundance of experience in the restaurant and wine business. Yannic, who is also a talented sommelier offered to reserve an accessible space close to the wine shop for us and donate four bottles of wine for our wine tasting. The best part is that Yannic will be our sommelier for this sit-down event and will take us for a short tour around the world with each bottle representing a different country.
Space for this event is limited so please only register if you plan to attend.
Accessibility info
At 6 PM, we will meet at Beaupierre Wines and Spirits which is an accessible space with a wheelchair accessible entrance. At 6:25, we will go around the corner to a space that was reserved for us by Yannic. This space is also wheelchair accessible and has an accessible bathroom. This is where the wine tasting will be held. The nearest accessible train station is the Times Square 42nd Street A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R and W trains. The train station is about an 18 minute walk/roll from the shop. The M-42 bus also goes there and stops at 42nd street and 10th avenue which is a five minute walk/roll from the shop.
