Join NYC Python for a night of talks on ALL THINGS RELATED TO TESTING, i.e. unit tests, integration tests, test-driven development, and property-based testing. All levels welcome, this will be a great night for junior and senior devs alike.

    Talk Description: Real-world applications of testing, drawn from experiences of the Engineering team at Justworks

    Property-based testing with Hypothesis
    Talk Description: An overview of property-based testing, why you use use it, when you should use it, and a demonstration using the Hypothesis library.

  • Eric Fulmer
    Build a testing environment from scratch!
    Talk Description: A whirlwind introduction on how to create a testing environment that's isolated from production systems.

Mohammed "Flak" Ali, is an NYC native, functional programming enthusiast, and freelance software engineer.

Eric Fulmer is a musician and software engineer from New York City.

Doors @ 6pm, first talk @ 6:30pm. Talks will be followed by Q&A/discussion/networking at the end of the evening.

You must be on the RSVP list to attend, and ID must be shown at the front desk to enter the building.
