Adam Cushner is the Head of Software Engineering for Xaxis’ proprietary AI technology, Copilot. A reformed high-frequency financial trading engineer and author of Copilot’s original Python backend, he sets the technical direction and design for Copilot. Adam holds a BA from Yale University in Computer Science.

Rouzbeh Gerami is the Director of Data Science at Xaxis, heading the data science team for Xaxis's AI-based Copilot group. The current focus of the group is the development of reinforcement learning algorithms for 'self-driving' of advertising campaigns. Rouzbeh has a PhD in physics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a BS in physics from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran.

Victor is a Research Scientist at Hugging Face. The team focuses on building strong NLU and NLG models for broad applications in NLP and especially conversational AI, and regularly contribute to the community by open sourcing easy-to-use implementations of recent models, writing practical blog posts on Machine Learning topics or publishing at top AI conferences.

Anastasis Germanidis is a software engineer and artist, currently co-founder/CTO at Runway, where he’s focusing on making machine learning accessible to designers, artists, and other creators. He holds a master’s degree in art and technology from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a BA in Computer Science from Wesleyan University.
