It's Rex Manning Day!

We're doing a month of Drink Up Hours! This week, we're dedicating our event to Rex Manning Day (http://www.rexmanningday.org/). If you don't know what that is, you've got some homework to do before 7:00PM (there will be a test).

It's also only a few days until PyCon (https://us.pycon.org/2014/). The decision of which to dedicate this event to was tough, but Rex Manning Day won. Sorry, PyCon.
