Hey everyone,

Big announcement!

NYC Python has decided to do lightning talks EVERY WEEK! We're going to do one lightning talk at each project night, before announcements -- around 6:15 to 6:30.

If you're curious, here's how lightning talks work: you give a 3-5 minute talk on a specific technical topic. Since it's a short talk, you don't need a slide deck. It's a very low-stress way to practice public speaking, and especially technical public speaking.

If you're interested, please comment with your chosen talk on next week's project night (!

See you soon,
- Eric
