Beginners Street Skating

Note: This is a beginner event, but not an absolute beginner event. You should at least know how to brake before joining us for this skate.

Starting to rollerblade on the street amongst the cars can be intimidating. Some have found Wednesday Night Skate to be appealing but are not yet ready for those speeds. This will be a slow-paced skate from Pier 76 to Skater's Circle in Central Park for those who don't have experience skating in the street (all levels welcome, but keep in mind we'll be going slow). You should at least know how to brake before joining us for this skate.

Skater's Circle is the end of the ride. We will not be returning to the pier as a group.

Start time is rollout time. If you want to practice with us before street skating, RSVP to the event being held directly before this one.
