Your rollerblading technique and intensity can lead to stiffness in various joints (neck, back, ankles), or tight muscles, making recovery a pain. Come and learn some exercises to do off skates that improve mobility and reduce stiffness.

Bring what you have, but the following will be useful
1. yoga mat or towel
2. 3 lb weights
3. Fitball/pillow
4. resistance band
5. yoga blocks

Some exercises/stretches we will go over: neck, hip, spine & ankle mobility, calf/hamstring/quad/glute stretches, free weights & body weight to build back muscle.

Don't forget your safety gear and skates for after🙂
