Slow 35-Mile Skate (Intermediate)

Come join me as I try to break my own personal distance record. This will be a long-distance but slow-paced skate, starting early in the day and including a lunch break as well as other shorter breaks throughout the skate as needed.
Leg 1: Skate Interval: 8.5 miles
Start: West 145th St and Riverside Dr
Route: Down the Hudson River Waterfront Greenway
Lunch Break: Honeybrains on 372 Lafayette St
Leg 2: Skate Interval: 25 miles
Start: 372 Lafayette St.
Route: Across the bridge into Brooklyn and stop at Concord Market on our way to Grand Army Plaza, then turn around and come back across the bridge to go up 1st Avenue. Turn and go across back to West 145th St and Riverside Dr, then down south to Pier 76. We'll stop outside the Apollo Theater along the way.
25 + 8.5 = 33.5, but I'm sure we'll work in the extra miles somewhere. End time is a rough estimate.
