Empire Skate Club Bonfire & Last Coney Fireworks (Intermediate/Adv Skate)

Friday 8/29 will be the last Fireworks show of 2025 at Coney Island. We'll skate down there to see the show, and then set up a bonfire in the area to hang out and eat smores (banana).

We'll be meeting at 6:00 PM and rolling out at 6:30PM from Pier 76, with Donnie leading the group to Washington Square park for the second meetup location. Departing Washington Square Park by the arch at 7:00PM. One additional meetup location will be at Concord Market on the corner of Tillary and Jay St in Brooklyn around 7:30PM. This will be a one way skate and will include one bridge and some other extended hill portions, to Coney Island for fireworks and then a beach bonfire.

Total mileage will be about 15 - 25 miles depending on how we're feeling the day of the skate.

Consider bringing a change of shoes with you to wear on the sand as well as a beach blanket for the beach hang and bon fire.
