Do you like calisthenics as much as you like rollerblading? Why not do both at the same time? You can build muscle while you get your cardio in. We'll do two laps around the Prospect Park loop and then head to the pull-up and dip bars to do some back and chest workouts. We'll bring resistance bands so that those who can't do body-weight pull-ups and dips can do them with banded assistance. Bring shoes!
