A Walk Along MoMA PS1 and Long Island City

Details
UPDATE: Since we have a large list of attendees. We have moved our meeting place to the sitting area by 44th Drive and Jackson Avenue (by the Citibike stop, and Court Square subway entrance). This is right outside One Court Square, and is a six minute walk to MoMA PS1.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Let's spend the day by exploring the art of MoMA in LIC.
From MoMA PS1's Website:
Artist-centered and community-driven, MoMA PS1 embraces boundary-breaking ideas and experimental practices. A place where audiences can encounter and engage with new art and perspectives, the institution has offered insight into artists’ worldviews for nearly 50 years. Driven by a commitment to realizing artists’ visions, our programs explore the ways in which creative expression can inspire connection.
One of the exhibits (which is pictured) is an installation by Sandra Poulson entitled Este quarto parece uma República!
Admission to the MoMA PS1 is free for NY residents, but an online booking is required. Otherwise, the pricing for admission is as follows: Adults $10; Seniors $5; Students $5; Members FREE; or pay what you wish onsite.
We’ll spend about 20-30 minutes here, and then walk our way to Gantry State Park, photographing all the sights and character of Long Island City along the way. (map of LIC area)
