NYC AI Users - AI Talks, Demo & Social: Voice Cloning and Personalized Chatbots

AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, and many others will play an increasingly large role in our day-to-day lives. Chatbots trained on our personal communication style and AI-driven podcasting are a few examples. To this end, New York AI Users will host our THIRD talks & social gathering at the private event space in Solas! From the creators and organizers of New York Tech & Beer®, New York AI Users will bring together AI enthusiasts in the New York area who use or want to use AI to meet their creative, entrepreneurial, and technical aspirations. No technical background is required, only an interest in making use of these tools of the future.

For our July meeting, we will gather in a private space on the top floor of Solas. We will host:

• Talks on AI
• Our first talk will be by Jonathan Bailie Strong, who will discuss and demo voice cloning technologies. Discover how this technology is being used and the implications in everything from audiobook generation to re-connecting with deceased family members
• Next, we'll hear from Sahiti Bondelepati, who will discuss using personalized language models (think a chatbot like ChatGPT that is trained on how you talk and write) in our day-to-day lives
• An interactive demo of Midjourney AI’s art generation capabilities
• Social time to connect and talk with other experts and enthusiasts
