Metro / Techstars present: Global trends in food tech and restaurant services - and how to be part of it.

The rapid increase of disruption in the food tech space attracted $6.8B in VC funding worldwide during 2015 ($2.3B within the US). Given the number of these startups launching in New York, Metro AG (http://www.metrogroup.de/en) (Europe's 4th largest retailer) is coming to NYC to explore global trends in the food tech and restaurant services space.

Three founders will present their startups followed by a panel discussion with Olaf Koch (http://www.metrogroup.de/en/company/management-board) (CEO Metro AG) and Jenny Fielding (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennyfielding) (Techstars Managing Director).

We are holding this event as part of "Berlin Night", a pre - DLD evening event that brings together the tech ecosystem of Berlin and New York - also showcasing some of the most interesting developments from Berlin. Food, drinks and DJ included!
