Modern Farm house to Passive House standard using existing foundation built. The home is a modern take on the classic farm house shape. There are some very interesting air barrier details to be seen with its very dramatic roof lines and where the new foundation meets the old existing foundation.
Many on site lessons of sequencing and best practices have been learned and will be shared.
