The R-951 Residence is the first building in New York City to receive certifications for meeting the standards as a Passive House and for Net Zero energy capability. This all-electric building with 12 KW of grid-tied solar placed Second, nationally, in the 2015 Passive House Institute US Multifamily Building Awards.
