This property is a 1907 brick tenement building. 4 Family + walk out finished basement. Work is a complete gut renovation with all new mechanicals and Optiwin windows & doors. Used Sto paints and Intello membrane for air barrier. Dense packed cellulose used in front & rear facades and Sto EIFS to be installed in courtyard and on bulkhead. 5 Mitsubishi Mr. Slim units installed for central heating & cooling. 5 tankless hot water heaters. Reclaimed lumber hardwood flooring from M. Fine Lumber. The units passive house package has been submitted so that the property can be certified through PHI. A lender's representative from NYCEEC will also be present at the open house!
