SITE DESCRIPTION:
This two family not only meets PH standards, but addresses resiliency by being elevated to meet floodplain regulations. Satisfying the two criteria meant a complete reconstruction of the original 1903 attached row house. Please arrive either at 2:15 or 3:45 to enjoy the full tour.
