SITE DESCRIPTION:
New Jersey’s First Internationally Certified Passive House,in the quaint town of Ramsey,Nj, was built by Darren Macri, CPHC and CEO of Bleu Nest.

This modern take on the classic farmhouse form features 12" of Cellulose Insulation on the walls 24" on the roof, Intus Windows, Zehnder ERV and Fujitsu Mini-Split System Air Tightness at 0.30 ACHn50. The goal of the project was to marry Thermal Comfort with Design Comfort.
