SITE DESCRIPTION:
Columbia County Habitat for Humanity is currently constructing its 5th and 6th
Passive House town house project in the Village of Valatie, NY. Set to be completed in 2017, these homes build on CCH4H’s understanding that lowering and stabilizing the utility bills for the families is the most valuable asset that can be offered. Though still under construction by volunteers, artisans, students, and the families, the raw form of the building is in place for all to see and
experience.
